The News Tribune reporter Christian Hill is asking for readers to “vote for the top five news stories in West Pierce County”. Your choices include: Camp Murray Gate controversy, Gig Harbor police chief investigation, UP Town Center progress, I-5 congestion in JBLM area, sewer extension to Tillicum/Woodbrook neighborhoods, city management changes and near changes, Narrows Bridge toll changes and new council members in Lakewood and UP. Breaking News – the TNT is reporting late this afternoon – December 27 – that Tillicum’s Camp Murray Gate Relocate debacle is leading the way as most important story in West Pierce County for 2011. Final results are to be posted on Dec.30. Tillicum’s Camp Murray issue currently has only 11 votes however, but then the closest runner up is sewers with four.
