Hey everyone! Since it is winter time, we have been stuck inside while it has been raining outside. We get the few days of sun here and there but not too much to enjoy. Well mother nature has brought us a treat. She is bringing us a high pressure system that will stick with us until Sunday! Wednesday we are looking at some fog in the morning but otherwise mostly sunny with a high near 51 and a low around 32. The nights are going to get really cold because there is no humidity locking the warmer air in. Thursday will get a little warmer, I don’t expect to see any fog in the morning and we will have a high of around 55 and again a very cold night with a low of 32. That will be the case for the rest of the week! So enjoy the sun!

Forecast for February 5-7
We ended January with warm temperatures making it the warmest January on record and we are starting February warm too! This is all due to El Nino. El Nino is where the waters in the south Pacific Ocean get very warm and that causes a lot of changes in weather as we can see with our temperatures! Friday we can expect a high near 52 with some showers in the morning. Otherwise we will be seeing mostly cloudy skies with a low of 39. On Saturday we have a very slight chance of showers but will likely see mostly cloudy skies with a high near 51 and a low near 39. I have some great news for people who like sun, and that is most of us here in Western Washington because we don’t get a lot of it this time of year! Sunday we are looking at partly sunny skies with a high near 49 and a low around 38 and the sun looks to be sticking around with us for the beginning part of next week! An update will come Sunday night for Monday’s email edition.
