Second Amendment Foundation Director to speak

Phil Watson, Director of the Second Amendment Foundation will be the featured speaker at the February 6th meeting of the 2nd & 29th Districts Republican Club. ‘Civil arms rights’ is currently a major national issue and will be addressed with a Q & A session to follow. Watson is also a nationally know speaker, magazine editor, and an international gun rights advocate who has been participating in live chat discussions hosted by the Seattle Times.
