Focus on Education brings legislative, community leaders into schools

On Oct. 29 local legislators and community leaders visited Clover Park High School and Tyee Park Elementary School for a Focus on Education tour. The event highlighted Clover Park’s Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) program and Tyee Park’s English Language Learner and state-funded full day kindergarten programs. Attendees learned about Clover Park School District’s successes and challenges and interacted with staff and students.
