The Anderson Island Historical Society will host Apple Squeeze 2011 (9306 Otso Point Road, Anderson Island) on Saturday, October 15 from 11 am to 2 pm. Come and see "The Red Dragon" in action as it crushes and squeezes homegrown apples into apple cider. This long time fall community event is fun for the whole family.  The AIHS orchard features Gravenstein apples for cooking, and Spartan and Liberty apples for squeezing. We will be selling apple cider at this event.
