Merrill Gardens is located at 7290 Rosemount Circle in Tacoma. Merrill Gardens is part of Legislative District 7 where Randy is vying for the Pierce County Council seat. Boss, a Commercial Real Estate Broker has worked for the past 20 years handling all real estate issues for such national retail companies as Sports Authority, PetsMart, Michaels Arts & Crafts and Best Buy. Boss is currently working on developing the Olympic Towne Center Shopping Center in Gig Harbor to replace the two closed car dealerships creating 500 jobs and $4 million in additional tax revenue. Boss has been a dogged opponent to tolls on the Narrows Bridge taking that fight to the state Supreme Court twice saving toll payers hundreds of million dollars.
Boss is a GOP and is Past President of the Pierce County Parks Advisory Commission, Past President of the Peninsula Park District, Member of the organizational committee for the Peninsula Metropolitan Park District, Past Board Member of the PenMet Parks, Past Board Member of the Peninsula Parks Council (PARC) and President of Congestion Solutions (ConSol) Group. He and his wife Flora have lived in Gig Harbor for 30 years. Randy and Flora have been married for over 25 years. They have three adult children.
