Saudia James-Heard is running fast
Posted by · July 7, 2010On July 3rd, 2010 Lakewood’s Saudia James-Heard took 1st place in the 400m race (1:06:4), 1st place in long jump (12′9″), 2nd Place in the 200m race (29:3). Onward to Nationals! Saudia’s parents are Stephanie and Tony Heard.

Being an exceptional student, athlete and one of the most beautifully hearted little girl’s can only mean Greatness is what her future holds.
So some of Saudia’s extended family members wish to express how proud we are of our little cousin.

way to go saudia. Very proud parents im sure. I also know that she has no nonsense parents that believe in school and family before sports. This Girl has a very very bright future

That takes intestinal fortitude to run times that fast for a girl I might add at that age. She must be faster than many of the boys as well.
Hard work and discipline sure has paid off. She on a fast trac to for national ranking.
