“Cameron, Sangbin and Ashok really impressed us with their passion to succeed in the business world,” said Linda Smith, president & CEO of the Lakewood Chamber of Commerce. “The scholarship program is one of the most well-received general membership luncheons that are held by the Lakewood Chamber. It's an inspiration to have met some of our future professionals who will be blazing new trails."

Every year a chili cook off is held by the chamber in February to raise money for the scholarships. This year's theme, "Chuck Wagon Challenge," included western wear, innovative table decorations by the contestants as well as a dessert auction.
