Pink Slip Notice Day
Posted on February 18, 2010The unemployment rate in Washington State has grown from 6.5% (December 2008) to 9.5% (December 2009). Your legislators have ignored you and continue to push through out of control taxes and spending which will cause more private sector job lay offs. Pink Slip Day will be held Tuesday February 23 at 9 am on the Capital Steps in Olympia. Tell your legislator the next Pink Slip will be theirs unless they put private sector job creation on the top of their list. If you are unable to attend, please consider mailing a pink slip notice to those legislators who do not consider the economy as a top priority.
