Obituary Notice
Posted on January 31, 2010Mary Ann Douglas Mary Ann was born Aug. 5th 1930 in Bellingham, Wa. She passed away Jan. 26th 2010 At Heartwood Extended Health Care in Tacoma. She leaves behind her daughter, Debbie Lacefield of Puyallup, her chosen family Don Myhre Sr, Don Myhre Jr, Tracey Ternyak, the three cats in her life Ty, Danny and Spencer and many other friends. Services will be held Feb. 1st at Mt. View, Garden Chapel 2:00p.m. Lakewood, WA. A special thankyou to Dr. Waltman and his office angels Mary Beth, Audrey and Genell.
