The Legislature has a SPENDING problem, not a revenue problem. You've over spent for programs we can't afford. The only viable solution is cutting government programs and spending. You know the majority of citizens believe that - they want you to find ways to reduce spending. I emphatically agree. Reps Green and Kelley
