Letter: Who is the Grinch?
Posted on December 14, 2009I would certainly like to know who the Grinch is that stole every blue star balloon off the Steilacoom Lake bridge after being so lovingly placed in memory of our four murdered police officers. You should be very ashamed!

I drove across last night saw one... my wife told me about how it looked. Let's get them back up. Who did it the first time and Where can we get more of them?
