SHEF looking for Outstanding Alumni

Each year the Steilacoom Historical Education Foundation (SHEF) seeks nominations from Steilacoom High School alumni for the SHEF Outstanding Alumni Award. This award is given to a graduate of Steilacoom High School who is recognized by members of our community for his/her accomplishments and service to others. Our goal is to honor those that have given back to the community or achieved something extra ordinary and to give our present students a role model.

We encourage recommendations from the faculty and staff of our schools, parents in our community, and patrons of the school district. This award is presented during the alumni basketball game held during Winter Break 2009.

For the nominations to be considered, the following information must be submitted by December 5, 2009, to the Steilacoom Historical Educational Foundation Distinguished Alumnus Committee, Sharon J. Westman, Chair., rswestman@msn.com.
