571st Military Police Company deploys to Iraq
Posted on July 26, 2009Fort Lewis, Wash. - The 571st Military Police Company will conduct a deployment ceremony Monday, July 27, at 10 a.m. at the 504th Military Police Battalion battalion-area.
The 571st Military Police Company is currently expected to conduct personnel security and escort operations throughout Iraq. The unit is expected to deploy for approximately 12 months. The unit last deployed in October, 2006, serving 15 months in Iraq before returning in January, 2008.
