Letter: Congrats and thanks for Lakewood Relay for Life.
Posted on June 10, 2009Congratulations and thanks to the hundreds of planners, sponsors, vendors and participants who took part in the Lakewood Relay for Life June 5-7, 2009. It was a well, planned, well-organized, and fun event to support a very worthwhile cause. if you did not take part this year, make plans to do so next year. The Opening Ceremony, Survivor lap, Fight-Back lap, and all the other hours walking were an awesome experience. Lakewood can be very proud of this, our own Relay for Life. It was truly an event to remember, and raised many thousands of dollars to support cancer research.
