You may already be aware that Comedy Central's "The Colbert Report" has been reporting from Baghdad this week: Monday's show featured Multinational Forces-Iraq (MNF-I) Gen. Ray Odierno cutting Stephen Colbert's hair, and Tuesday's show featured Stephen Colbert interviewing two Soldiers. See www.colbertnation.com.

Fort Lewis' Lt. Gen. Charles Jacoby, Commander of I Corps and Multinational Corp-Iraq (MNC-I), will be featured on Wednesday's show at 11:30 p.m. (PST), and General Jacoby's senior Non-Commissioned Officer, Command Sergeant Major Frank Grippe, will be featured on Thursday night's show at 11:30 p.m. (PST).

Here at Fort Lewis we sure have enjoyed watching the first two nights of "The Colbert Report" from Baghdad, and seeing some of our colleagues enjoying Mr. Colbert's show. We look forward to seeing Lt. Gen. Jacoby on tonight's show and Command Sgt. Maj. Grippe tomorrow. We're sure they will make all their family and friends back home very proud.
