Saturday's News Tribune
Posted on May 31, 2009Saturday's edition of The News Tribune posted a few stories about our coverage area. Two on the front page. They include:
- Clover Park High School students learned about the dangers of drinking and driving. The Prevention and Leadership Club planned the "grim reaper" day as a sober education tool.
- More than 200 people used the newly opened boat ramp at American Lake Park over Memorial Day Weekend. Seems 25 users failed to pay and received a $500 fine as a result. City Manager Andrew Neiditz ordered the fines waived citing inadequate signage.
- Lakewoood Police are looking for a two men in an attempted abduction.
- DuPont Police are looking for those responsible for more than $8,000 in damage to The Home Course.
